Exchanges & Refund Policy

Enjoy hassle free 30 day returns & exchanges with a prepaid label. Extended for the holidays.

Your satisfaction is our top priority therefore, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you can return your order with our complimentary prepaid shipping label for a refund (less initial shipping cost) and/or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note returns must be unworn, and have no signs of wear or damage and must include the original tags and packaging.

Holiday Returns/Exchanges: Orders placed from Nov 15, 2024 until Dec 25th, 2024 are eligible for exchange/return before January 31, 2025.

Please email us at Returns@MeditationRings.com (Include your order # and whether you are exchanging or returning you item.) Then simply fill out the Return Form provided in your package and place it in the package along with the item(s) you are sending back to us. Lastly attach your prepaid label onto the package & drop it off at the appropriate carrier.

Please note all international packages will not include a prepaid label and return shipping will not be covered by MeditationRings.

Please note: ANY returns sent to us without prior notification or returned past the 30 days may be refused.

Items purchased through a third-party vendor (outside of MeditationRings.com) must be returned through the company that it was purchased from.

Shipping Policy

ENJOY COMPLIMENTARY STANDARD SHIPPING ON ORDERS OF $169 AND UP WITHIN NORTH AMERICA.

Please allow approximately 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and 2 - 7 business days for delivery. When the item is shipped, you will receive a confirmation with your order details and a tracking number.

At time of check out there will be options as to which shipping method you would like. These are the following shipping methods:

For Canadian Customers:

• Canada Post Standard: $13.99
• UPS Standard: $21.99

For U.S. Customers:

• UPS Standard (4-5 Business days): $18.99
• UPS 3 day Select (2-3 Business Days): $23.99
• UPS Express Saver – (next business day): $29.99

*Delivery time does not include time delays due to customs, and cannot be guaranteed by MeditationRings. All shipping options are not guaranteed as some items may not be in stock and there can be delays caused by couriers that MeditationRings cannot control. 

If there is a delay on your order for any reason, you will receive an email from MeditationRings. Please note that if you are located in the USA the courier we use is UPS, UPS does NOT ship to PO BOXES, please provide an alternate address or we will have to ship with Canada Post.*

International Customers (for customers outside of Canada & the U.S.):

• UPS Shipping: $49.99

Customs: Please note that merchandise exported out of the country to another country must clear customs and the recipient of the merchandise may have to pay duties on the item(s).
